Our first releases are cask strength releases of bourbon that was produced in Indiana by MGP. We call them Eleanor. They were distilled at different times, but they all have a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and barreled at 120 proof. We use them to create experiments in alternate finishing, blending barrels, and bottling at various proofs.



We've created a line of whisky under the label "Crowded Barrel Alliance" to release independent bottling style editions of interesting whiskey from American distilleries.

We typically release them as a single cask or a cask strength blend.
