ELEANOR BOURBON

Our first four releases were cask strength single barrels of bourbon, produced in Indiana by MGP. We called them Eleanor. They were distilled at different times, but they all had a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and barreled at 120 proof. We continue to source barrels of this mash bill from MGP to create experiments in alternate finishing, blending barrels, and bottling at various proofs. These are expressed as Eleanor Chapters 1-12.

CROWDED BARREL ALLIANCE SERIES

We've created a line of whiskey under the label "Crowded Barrel Alliance" to release independent bottling style editions of interesting whiskey from American distilleries. We typically release them as a single cask or a cask strength blend.

BOOSH RYE

This line of whiskey is all sourced rye that we typically release as a cask strength single barrel. We also experiment with various finishes. The first releases in this line are all sourced Polish rye that found its way to Florida before we bought those four barrels.

SPECIAL RELEASES

If a release isn't in our core brands, then you'll find it here. One-off products, like our Royal Bastard, are all limited releases.
