Q: When can I pick up my online bottle purchase?
A: Any Wednesday and Thursday from 3-7pm and Friday and Saturday from 12-8.
Q: Can you ship my order to me?
A: No, it is illegal for us to ship your bottle order to you.
Q: I can’t pick up on Sunday?
A: No, due to Texas law, it is illegal to purchase or pick up bottles on Sundays.
Q: What do I need to pick up my order? Can someone else pick it up for me?
A: A copy of your email confirmation receipt is helpful. However, we can also look up your order by the billing name. Yes, you can have someone else pick it up for you, and the same rules apply.
Q: When is the tasting room open?
A: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-7pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 12am-9pm, and Sundays 12pm-7pm
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 16221 Crystal Hills Dr. Austin, TX 78737. Pull up the Wizard Academy’s driveway. At the top of the drive and slightly to the right, you will see our tasting room, the Fang & Feather (white building, large wooden deck).
Q: Can I get a tour of the distillery?
A: Tours are $35/person which includes a full pour or a cocktail
Our tours are scheduled:
- Wednesday and Thursday: 3 PM – 5 PM by appointment only
- Friday: 12 PM – 5 PM walk-ins available
- Saturday: 12 PM – 3 PM by appointment only
