Earl Free Bottle Claim – 2 bottles

What time is it?

It’s time to claim bottles! The form is at the bottom of this page.

It’s been six months, so you’re up for 2 different bottles at this time.

What is the difference between them?

Eleanor is the story of Valentine Weiss’ one true love. It will be told in 10 chapters, one chapter per bottle. Each chapter is a cask strength release chosen by Rex and Daniel, Emma, and Deb. Here are the notes Daniel took on the first 4.

Eleanor 1856 – rounded caramel and rich honey notes.
Eleanor 1858 – same base of caramel but also ginger snap notes
Eleanor 1860 – closer to 1856 but with a bit of earthy vegetation note added
Eleanor 1862 – a strangely simplified but classic bourbon with all the sweet notes and mild spice

HOw do I get the bottles?

If you’re attending the grand opening on August 25th, you can pick them up at that time. Remember that you can only take away 2 bottles per person on that day.

If not, we can hold the bottle for you for at least two years until you can find a way to come get it.

Finally, if you have a friend in Austin who can pick it up for you, we’ll release it to them with your permission. How they get it to you at that point is between the two of you.

Cheers!

Make sure to pick both selections!
