You can also send someone to pick it up for you as long as you notify us. There’s a legal limit of 1,500ml per 30 days for picking up bottles from the distillery. Who’s ready to get ROCK HARD!
Our bourbon made to drink on the rocks.
However this time, we finished it in a Chardonnay Barrel, which pleasantly added a layer of tasty guitar riffing goodness.

7 yr 37 days total age
6 months 1 week in 2nd fill Chardonnay barrels
(first fill was Mcgimmick single grain)

Rex’s Notes:
Neat Nose – warm buttered cinnamon toast, dried apricot, oak, vanilla
Neat Palate- Sweet, crisp green apple, Pear, Grape flavored candy.
Add ROCK: Sweet green apple is even sweeter.
Oak and vanilla replace the pear.
(5 minutes later on rock) Nose of grape flavored candy remains!

Nose: Sweet Jasmine flower, vanilla icing, oak, candied pear
Mouth: silky, oak tannin, crispy roasted vanilla pear
